Power Supply Test Station

Often I need to test a electrical component such as an LED and its always helpful to have a power supply with various voltages available. Some companies sell variable power supplies but for around $100 you only get 3 amps where using this computer power supply, I get 18 amps on the 12v rail and it only cost $20.
